Meet the team.
Francois Johnston
François Johnston is an expert in innovative business models from development to operationalization. He developed that expertise within Michelin Group where he led the global 'Tire as a Service' business. He restored the profitability of the business and developed deep insights into the operational challenges and key success factors of service-oriented offerings.
In early 2023, leveraging his expertise from Michelin, François Johnston founded Johnston Circular to help companies implement service-based solutions and accelerate their environmental transformation.

Gurvan Guennec
Gurvan Guennec, an engineer specializing in the circular economy, is the project manager of the 'PACCT for Sustainability' community.
He draws on the network of experts he established during a six-month tour across Europe, where he focused on exploring innovative economic models, particularly usage-based approaches.

Ophélie Vignaud
Ophélie Vignaud firmly believes that companies must transform their business model to achieve environmental transition and ensure their long-term viability.
After a first experience in circular economy consulting, Ophélie joined Johnston Circular to help operationalise the PaaS model. At the same time, she is pursuing a Master in Sustainability and Social Innovation at HEC Paris.

Florie Bugeaud-Remond
Florie defended the first thesis on Service Science in France in 2011. After many years dedicated to Service Design across various contexts, she founded beewö to raise awareness about the impacts and eco-design of services, helping entrepreneurs, businesses, and local authorities rethink their service strategies and offerings in response to environmental and societal challenges.
She is also the author of the book "Green Service Design, pour une conception de services éco-responsables" (2023, éd. Pôle Eco-Conception).
